Little Flowers WOW!

I had this card from a ladies blog and sorry that I do not remember her name but I really liked the elegance, and colors! I love layers and the way she added the ribbon over the scalloped piece gave it another focal point!  The flowers have been stamped and cut out and put on with pop dots so they stand out and give the card dimension.  I am working on gifts of card sets and this one will add a very nice WOW!
