I HAVE JUST GOTTEN MY COPICS certification! Yea! I am learning how to color and shade and  it really gives my art work a different look.   I love to color and it serves a stress relief and artistic need that I have.  Find the stamp that you like to color and work with three shades of the same color, start with your lightest color and then shade with the darkest color.  Let me see your samples! Have fun!

Blue Birds Make Me Smile!

I love all kinds of birds and this blue one does make me smile! I recently took a copics certification class and have learned so much about shading
with markers.  The background is the stampin up top note die cut. The hot pink flower is stamped and then punched with the small square punch and backed with a accent colored card stock.  The leaves are stamped on to the card base and the pink flower is put on with dimensionals to give the card a 3-D look. Ihave been on the road with basketball and have not been posting so hope these give you a creative boost! Have some creative fun!
