Stamp Days of Summer

Butterflies, flowers and dry embossing combined to give
a textured look to the card makes for a super fun and beautiful project.
This designer paper is in the new stampin up catty along with so many new beautiful stamp sets and the new in colors of markers, ink pads, and card stock! Look on line and
email me your order.  debsegler@gmail.com  I punched the colored circles and then smaller white one to stamp my flowers on. I colored them with new stampin up markers, and then I punched the lacy border to add under the designer paper. The white background is embossed with folder and add just under the edge of the punched border. The butterflies were stamped and then cut out and bling adde to enhance the bodies. The two resin flowers were added to give just the right punch of color on the white area.

Happy Fourth !~ Change It Up!

Take a card you have already made and change it up by:
This card was designed by my stamp friend Debbie and we love it so much I had to post it again! Get your die cuts out and combine several together to see what a wonderful card you can design! Change it up with different designer paper for the background.
Yellow rose of Texas, this card was stamped and colored and put in a cut out frame. I love using black cards stock as an accent as it really makes the design stand out. Change it up by using different colors of card stock and add a dry embossed white background!

Simple but elegant design can fit many smaller stamps. You can mix it up using stamps that are not in the same sets or your singles. Change the colors your backgrounds and it give the card a totally different look. The dry embossed background hands a dimension to the card. To change it up add splash of color with sponge over the raised areas.

This card just seems like summer to me. Change it up by using square or different design in the center. Try your punch and die cut again. Hope your staying productive. I have been super busy traveling and getting ready to start my new teaching job in the fall! Hugs to all!
