Happy Day full of Sunshine and Blessings!

This card is several layers of fun. The base green is embossed with the polka dot folder from stampin up. The designer paper on the right is a perfect match, and brings the black frame out with little black dots.  The tag is stamped with a black swirl design and then ribbon and twine added on the top.  The little flowers and butterfly were punched out of another coordinating designer paper.  The happy day tag can become any sentiment that you like.  Then the card is glued on top of a white base card.
