Felt Like Snow In Texas!
I found this card today and it was a great reminder how the weather can get cold here. We had a cold weather spell and it felt great! This is a really cute way to change the design of your card make a snow drift by tearing your card stock, then sand, glitter, or ice with white ink to get the look of snow. The new stampin up illuminate ink pad gives the look of shimmer and you can add embossing powder or glitter to give it that pop! You can use any holiday, fall, or winter stamp with this design!
