Sunny and Cold!

Hello stamp friends! I have been out of town again and have missed visiting with you.  The first card is a very fun pop up made with the help of my stamp friend Betty. It is a very easy way to make a "POP UP" card. The base of the card is scored and folded as if making a box top and then slits are cut to insert the "legs" of each stamped image to hold it up under the base or stage.  The snow on the front is an added piece of torn card stock to look like a bank of  snow.  The next Christmas tree card is made with a spellbinder to cut out the striped shape, the red solid base was embossed with the polka dot embossing folder.  A glue stick was used to place glitter on the star and tree ornaments, they do not show well in this picture.  The strawberry was embossed with the polka dot embossing folder also as were the leaves and stem. The leaves and stem are stamps from the vintage bird set. The white ribbon is the new doily punch, which I just love and you can have one too so just call me or email me to order 979-255-0377 or debsegler@gmail.com.
